We are very excited to announce the return of Sports Day, which parents are invited to come and attend, taking place on Monday 10th July 2023.
Timetable
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 – 12.15pm – 1.15pm
- Gates will open at 12.00pm for a 12.15pm start
- Enter by Gordon Road gate as this event will happen on our small field.
- Parents are to sit on the outside of the field and move around accordingly with their child’s class.
- Children will be participating within their classes and will be taking part in every race.
Year 3, 4,5, 6 & Haven
- Gates will open at 1.15pm for a 1.30pm start
- Enter gate to the big playing field just by the college, there will be staff to guide you if unsure where to go.
- Parents are to sit beside the main track whilst their children remain in their year groups.
- All races will take part on the track and selected children will participate in races they have chosen.
- There will be an announcement at the end of the house team that got the most points.
Additional Information
- All pupils need to come to school in their PE kit (house team top), please also bring a jacket, water bottle sunhat, put suncream on – weather dependent.
- Please can parents follow all pathways and directions set up on the field, this will enable us to run a smooth and safe event.
- All pupils will be dismissed at the end of the school day as normal.
